DESCRIPTION

ALTER-EMULFABA
Ideal to formulate emulsions with various textures from fluid milk to thick cream.
Powdered emulsifier made from plant extracts and gums without chemical modifications. It is an alternative to the surfactants usually used for emulsifying. ALTER-EMULFABA allows to formulate white emulsions without perfume impact despite the use of plant extracts.

ORIGIN

Association of aquafaba powder (chickpeas’ cooking juice) with acacia gum (Acacia senegal tree’s resin) and sclerotium gum (from the sclerotium rolfssii mushroom).

PROPERTIES

Allows to make stable emulsions without co-emulsifyers or stabilizers with variable viscosities depending on the percentage of incorporation, as an indication
• Very good emulsion’s stability in a wide range of pH.
• Formation of a nice fluid or very thick emulsion depending on the percentage used.
SENSORY: Softness, evanescent touch, no soapy effect
