MULTI FEEL® is a plant-based complex for reactive, easily irritated skin and scalp. It addresses the three co-drivers of sensitivity—oxidative stress, micro-inflammation and barrier fragility—to provide fast soothing and a rapid antioxidant shield after daily stressors (UV, surfactants, friction).

With continued use it supports barrier recovery and hydration, helping maintain comfort over time. The ingredient is water-phase friendly and performs best around skin-like pH.

COMPOSITION

  • Centella Asiatica Leaf Extract — Triterpenes help maintain filaggrin and collagen III, strengthening the barrier and supporting hydration rebound.

  • Scutellaria Baicalensis Root Extract — Baicalin activates the Nrf2–HO-1 pathway, reinforcing the skin’s own antioxidant defenses.

  • Hylocereus Undatus Fruit Extract — Betacyanin-rich; provides antioxidant support and contributes to a balanced skin microbiome.

  • Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract — EGCG rapidly scavenges ROS, particularly under UV-related stress.

  • Glycyrrhiza Glabra Root Extract — Glabridin attenuates IKK/NF-κB signaling, assisting the down-regulation of IL-8 and TNF-α.

  • Berberis Vulgaris Root Extract — Berberine acts upstream on IKK within the NF-κB cascade, contributing to anti-inflammatory control.

  • Rosmarinus Officinalis Leaf Extract — Phenolics (e.g., carnosic and rosmarinic acids) neutralize lipid peroxides and help protect/replenish the barrier’s lipid “mortar”.

EFFICACY TESTS

ANTI-INFLAMMATORY ACTION

Human keratinocytes challenged with LPS (NF-κB activation): at 1–1.5%, MULTI FEEL® lowered IL-8 by −46.4/−50.2% and TNF-α by −41.8/−52.7% (p<0.01).
Shows prompt containment of micro-inflammation at cosmetic use levels.
 
 
ANTIOXIDANT EFFICACY
 
Primary human keratinocytes exposed to UVA 5 J/cm²: MULTI FEEL® at 0.5% / 1.5% cut intracellular ROS by −28% / −21% within 2 minutes, with the decrease still evident at 10 minutes.
Delivers a rapid antioxidant shield immediately after photo-oxidative stress.
 

 

Instant soothing on chemically-induced redness (clinical)

 
A 1% SDS patch was applied to volunteers’ forearms to induce irritant erythema.
A single topical application of MULTI FEEL® cream reduced the clinical score to 1 at 1% and to 0 at 2–3%, demonstrating its strong soothing effect and its capacity to enhance the skin tolerability of formulations containing sulfate anionic surfactants (e.g., SLS, SLES), making it particularly suitable for sensitive skin by helping to minimize visible redness.
 

 

Barrier & hydration recovery over timE

 
In volunteers with irritative hand dermatitis using a 2% cream twice daily for 15 days: Hydration +12.8%, TEWL −7.0%, Erythema −7.7% (p<0.05).
Documents progressive barrier reinforcement and sustained comfort with continued use.
