Lithothamnium Exfoliator is a natural exfoliating ingredient manufactured from red calcareous seaweed, a reference of minerals range.

The monomerous, crustose thalli are composed of a single system of filaments that grow close to the underlying surface.

Lithothamnium belongs to the family of red algae. It takes the form of small skeletons resembling coral. These fragile branches are made of limestone impregnated with mineral elements and trace elements (mainly calcium and magnesium), secured from seawater. These elements have restorative and purifying properties.

Its fragile and calcareous fronds are impregnated with numerous marine elements and trace elements (more than 32) in a readily available form. It presents a prominent porosity which increases the availability of trace elements.
