Synergistic blend of vegetal active compounds delivered in polyglycerol medium.
in & out DETOX® is a 100% plant-derived anti-pollution and antioxidant complex with detoxifying and protecting effects on the tissue structure. It plays both an inner and outer protective role against stressors.

On one hand in & out DETOX® acts from inside and stimulates metabolic enzymes to get rid of toxins and reagents resulting from skin metabolic activity.
On the other hand, it helps the skin fight against outer stressors such as pollutants, UV radiations, free radicals and chemicals.

in & out DETOX® contributes also to the overall cleanliness of the skin: it inhibits sebum production and the proliferation of sebocytes, the cells that form the sebaceous gland.

TEST

  • In-vivo tests show efficacy against free-radicals, provides significant antioxidant activity, TEWL reduction, skin moisture and pore cleanliness.
  • In & out DETOX® significantly increased Superoxide dismutase expression, compared to untreated cells, after 6 hours of contact at the tested concentrations of 0.5%, 0.25% and 0.125% and, after 24 hours of contact, at the tested concentrations of 0.25% and 0.125%. In addition, a significant increase in catalase expression was observed at the concentration of 0.25% after 24 hours of contact.
