ALTER-THICKBARLEY is a 100% natural thickening agent made from barley starch, designed to provide rich, creamy textures without a greasy after-feel.
It is an alternative to chemically modified starches, offering high viscosity and excellent emulsion stability.

The starch undergoes thermal debacterialization without any chemical modifications, ensuring it retains a natural composition while being effective in increasing product viscosity and improving texture.

CHARACTERISTICS

Recommended Dosage: 1% to 10% depending on the desired texture

Usage: Incorporate into the emulsion after formation to thicken and stabilize the product.

Formulation tips: both cold and hot processable, not heat sensitive.
